WDS and ESXi Deployment (EFI Based)

I recently got a request from a customer of mine to deploy ESXi server through WDS (Windows Deployment Services).

Before you read any further, you should already be familiar with WDS, PXE-Booting, TFTP, DHCP and similar terms surrounding the WDS deployment mechanism.
